• Unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins
• Additional materials or labour are required beyond the original specification

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A written quote supersedes any verbal estimate.

Engaging Our Services

A contract for services is formed when you accept a written quote and we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or project at our discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that any necessary permissions, planning consents, or landlord/management approvals are in place before work begins. We accept no liability for work carried out on the basis of incorrect permissions provided by the client.

Payment

Payment terms will be set out in the written quote or agreed in advance of work commencing. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work starts on larger projects
• Final payment is due on completion of the work
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate

We accept payment by bank transfer or cash. We do not accept credit cards unless specifically arranged in advance.

Our Liability

We take great care in our work and stand behind the quality of every job we complete. However, our liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the contract for the relevant services.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or business disruption, arising from our work or from any delay in completing the work.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
